Returns & Refunds Policy

1. Change-of-mind returns (cooling-off period)

UK consumers buying online generally have the right to cancel within 14 days after receiving goods, without giving a reason.

To cancel, notify us within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

To cancel, email hello@graphitemodular.co.uk with your order number and the item(s) you wish to cancel.

2. Exclusions (custom or personalised goods)

Change-of-mind cancellation may not apply to personalised or custom-made items. Where this applies, it will be clearly shown on the product page or at checkout.

3. Return conditions

• Items should be unused where possible
• All parts should be included
• Items should be packaged securely for return

Refund reductions may apply if handling goes beyond what is necessary to inspect goods.

4. Return postage

• Change-of-mind returns: customer pays return postage unless stated otherwise
• Faulty or incorrect items: we pay or reimburse reasonable return costs

5. Refund timing

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving returned goods (or evidence of return), using the original payment method.

6. Faulty or incorrect items

If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, statutory rights apply and you may be entitled to repair, replacement, or refund.
