Shipping Policy

1. Dispatch times
Most products are made-to-order or prepared per order. Typical dispatch times:
- In-stock items: 1-2 business days. Made-to-order items: 3-5 business days before dispatch.
If an item is delayed, we will contact you.
2. Delivery services
We currently ship using: DPD.

Shipping rates: DPD zone-based shipping is calculated by destination and parcel weight at checkout. UK shipping includes a free-shipping threshold at GBP 50.00 ex VAT (GBP 60.00 inc VAT).
3. Delivery estimates
Delivery times are estimates from dispatch. We are not responsible for courier delays or events outside our reasonable control.
4. Delivery address
You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address. Returned parcels due to address errors may incur a re-shipping charge.
5. Tracking
Where available, tracking details are provided when your order is dispatched.
6. International shipping
We ship to UK and most international destinations supported by our courier network.
UK promotional shipping terms (flat rate/free-shipping threshold) apply to UK destinations only.
We do not currently ship to: BY, CN, CU, IR, KP, RU, SY.
7. Damaged parcels
If your order arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and product and contact us within 48 hours.
8. Missing items
If anything is missing from your order, contact us with your order number and details of the missing item(s).
